Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quest, including our website and learning services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use Quest.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use Quest only for lawful, educational purposes. You will not:

• Share, sell, or redistribute question content or answer keys outside the platform.
• Attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate leaderboards, streaks, or rewards.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Impersonate others or post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

3. Free & Premium plans

• The Free plan includes one subject and core features at no cost.
• Premium unlocks all subjects, unlimited attempts, and advanced analytics for a recurring monthly fee (RM 9.90/month, or as shown at checkout).
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Billplz). Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect current billing periods.

4. Refunds

Because Premium unlocks digital content immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing period has started. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@quest.my within 7 days and we will review it fairly.

5. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, designs, and software are the property of Quest or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them for your personal study only — not for commercial redistribution.

6. User content

If you submit feedback, referrals, or other content, you grant Quest a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate and improve the Service. You remain responsible for content you submit.

7. Disclaimers

Quest is a study aid and does not guarantee any exam result. Content follows the KSSM syllabus but should be used alongside your schoolwork and official materials. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what the law requires.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Quest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings; deletion is permanent and removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Email legal@quest.my.
